Certain medications may change copayment tiers, may no longer be covered, or may move into a formulary management program (e.g., require prior authorization). If impacted, you will receive a letter from Express Scripts about the change in coverage.
 

HUCTW Adding Coverage Levels

Members of HUCTW will have access to two additional coverage levels – employee + spouse/domestic partner and employee + children – for medical, dental, and vision coverage. No action is required on your part. You will automatically be placed in the right coverage level based on the dependents enrolled in your plan.
