Harvard University Group Health Plan offers prescription drug coverage through Express Scripts.
A copayment is a set price that you pay for a 30-day supply of your prescription drug. Harvard University Group Health Plan offers a three-tier drug benefit.

You can fill prescriptions at any participating Express Scripts pharmacies, including:
- Harvard University Health Services Pharmacy (prescriptions written by Harvard University Health Services clinicians only)
- Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates pharmacies (prescriptions written by Harvard Vanguard clinicians only)
- Express Scripts mail order
- Other pharmacies including: CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, and other major chains
You can receive a discount for filling a 90-day prescription at either the Harvard University Health Services Pharmacy or via Express Scripts mail order.
