#  The HUGHP adult primary care provider network is expanding

Beginning January 1, 2027, HUGHP will expand its adult primary care provider network to include [**Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) adult primary care provider groups**](https://bilh.org/care-options/primary-care) in Massachusetts, alongside existing HUHS and Atrius provider groups. All HUGHP members will continue to have access to the full Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts HMO Blue network for specialty, mental health, and pediatric care. More information will be available in the coming weeks, and members should check [**hughp.harvard.edu**](https://hughp.harvard.edu/) for updated information.

Note: The [**HUGHP pediatrician network**](/find-pediatrician "Find a Pediatrician") is not changing and will remain the full Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts HMO Blue network. Dependent children living out of state may be eligible for in-network coverage when registered and enrolled in HUGHP’s [**dependent out-of-area program**](/dependent-children-living-outside-massachusetts "Dependent Children Living Outside of Massachusetts").
