#  ID Cards 

 



## New ID cards are being issued to all members.

All HUGHP members will receive a new member ID card in June. Your policy information and coverage will not change.

The ID card now includes additional information about your plan costs, such as deductibles (if applicable) and maximum out-of-pocket costs.

Included with your card, members will also receive an insert with information regarding the new look, and the changes that have been made to your ID card, including information on how use the MyBlue app.
