Harvard employees can select a health plan through the Human Resources Benefits Office website, hr.harvard.edu. New Harvard employees have 30 days from their date of hire to enroll in a health plan. There are two ways to enroll after the 30-day window closes:
- The annual Open Enrollment period
- With a qualifying life-changing event
Harvard University Group Health Plan also offers coverage for dependents as allowed by the Harvard University Benefits Office. Visit hr.harvard.edu for more information on eligibility requirements for enrolling dependents.
