##  Acupuncture Benefits 

HUGHP members are covered for up to 20 acupuncture visits per calendar year; a PCP referral is not required. The visits must be with a licensed acupuncturist.

To find an in-network BCBS HMO licensed acupuncture provider, visit [**https://member.bluecrossma.com/fad**](https://member.bluecrossma.com/fad) and search by provider. If you see an in-network provider, the provider will bill BCBS directly, and you will be responsible for an office visit co-payment.

If you do not use a preferred BCBS HMO provider, you will be required to pay up-front for the services and file for reimbursement by submitting an itemized receipt along with the [**BCBSMA subscriber claim form**](/file_url/304).

Members will be reimbursed the full amount minus their applicable office visit co-payment and/or co-insurance and deductible if applicable. Please allow 45-60 business days to receive reimbursement.
