Harvard University Group Health Plan (HUGHP) welcomes you to the Harvard community. As you adjust to your new position here, you’ll have many choices to make. When it comes to your health plan, though, the decision is easy. HUGHP offers its members convenience that can’t be beat, and quality that you can feel confident in.

Only HUGHP members have the option to receive quality care on campus at four convenient Harvard University Health Services (HUHS) locations:

     Holyoke Center, Cambridge
     Harvard Business School – Cumnock Hall, Allston
     Harvard Law School – Pound Hall, Cambridge
     Longwood Avenue – Vanderbilt Hall, Boston

HUGHP members may choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP) at any of these locations. All HUHS PCPs are Board certified and credentialed at Harvard teaching hospitals.

HUHS at Holyoke Center also provides 24-hour urgent care, digital radiology, physical therapy, pediatrics, and a wide range of medical and surgical specialties.

HUGHP also offers its members the choice to receive care from any of the 430 PCPs at the following Atrius Health group practices, located throughout Massachusetts. Atrius Health is widely recognized for its quality and service. Atrius Health group practices are located:

Finally, our partnership with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts provides HUGHP members with access to their network of hospitals and specialists, both locally and while traveling.

No matter what your definition of “convenient,” HUGHP is just that. We offer care on campus at HUHS, and closer to your home at one of the five medical groups that comprise Atrius Health. With quality physicians and specialists, the choice couldn’t be easier. And it doesn’t hurt that our premiums are the lowest at the University.
