Making the switch to HUGHP
I switched to HUGHP last fall, saving my family $600 per year. We chose Harvard Vanguard for our care; my husband goes to a site close to his workplace, and my son and I go to a site in Medford near our home. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and he has been receiving excellent care; I’ve emailed Member Services a few times and they’ve been very responsive. We’re all happy we made the switch to HUGHP! 

I know some people are afraid to switch doctors; I was happy with my physician but my husband was ready for a change so we took the plunge. The difference between getting care at a group practice as opposed to a private physician is unbelievable. At Harvard Vanguard, they do all of the scheduling and are always following up. "My Health Online" is a way I can email my physician and actually view some parts of my medical record. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!
